The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Training program planning and administration
  • Service schedule coordination
  • Service quotation / PO / Service Report update
  • Maintenance and tracking of machinery record
  • Machinery tool calibration schedule coordination
  • ISO documentation control
  • Tracker role for company activities
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks where assigned
The ideal candidate will need to have the following qualities and experience:
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience
  • Proficiency in MS excel
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition, and adapt well to a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Japanese language skill preferred
