Job description for Customer Experience Administrator
The job holder will provide administrative and operational support to the Strategic Engagement Division, and to handle and respond to queries from members of public and party candidates in a timely manner. You will also be involved in administrative work and other helpdesk services as required, to support the business functions of the organisation.
The job holder needs to have analytical skills to understand queries received through various service touchpoints and provide appropriate advice in accordance with existing guidelines and have strong writing skills to be able to craft professional replies to members of public and party candidates.
