We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Customer Proposition Vice President. Principal Responsibilities

  • Spearhead development of innovative customer propositions to deliver various business objectives (e.g. for customer acquisition / leads gen, branding, cross-up sell etc.) and co-own business / customer outcomes with various stakeholders; own business decisions / business case approvals and oversee implementation
  • Collaborate with Data team and WPB/bank teams to develop strategic customer value propositions and segmentation that aligns with HSBC brand and support delivery of HSBC Life’s vision; work with distribution, product and various functional heads to develop next level of customer clustering / personas for practical use cases (e.g. communication / acquisition / servicing / engagement / cross-up sell); oversee implementation and drive data driven optimization of the customer segmentation use cases in agile approach
  • Collaborate with WPB/bank and drive customer engagement & loyalty initiatives & programs in HSBC Life that engage, grow and retain customers

Requirements
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in developing customer value propositions and/or customer segmentation strategies
  • Deep understanding of financial services customers’ journey and financial services products
  • Good understanding of financial services rules regulation related to product promotion, advertisement; appreciate compliance requirements and processes with hands-on experience in creating content / collaterals and manage the end-to-end approval process
  • Data driven and result oriented, with strong analytical and project management skills; high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Able to influence, manage and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • People manager and team player
  • Be energetic, versatile and be constantly ready to accept to perform duties beyond stated scope
