The Role: Handle customer calls and enquiries. Resolve customer complaints and feedback. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures. Provide customers with product and service information. General administrative duties. The Requirements: Minimum GCE O' Level Minimum 2 years in customer service, hospitality or related industry. Pleasant personality, team player with positive work attitude. Excellent written skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office suite Singapore citizen or PR Salary will commensurate with experience and skills.
