Customer Relation Officer (Singapore - Clementi MRT) Responsibilities: * Ensures all interactions with customers are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to Company's policies Customer Relation Officer (Singapore - Clementi MRT) Responsibilities: Ensures all interactions with customers are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to Company's policies and procedures Handles all customers' requests promptly and resolved to customers' satisfaction Handle enquiries & explaining and guiding customers on loan application Reporting to the Loan Manager, provide customer service to all customers, especially in handling telephone and walk-in enquiries on loan application procedures Assist the Loan Manager to keep track of all loan and feedback from customers Assumes any other duties as assigned by Management Requirements: . Min. GCE 'N' level or Higher NITEC (Business Studies, Administration) Certificate . Enjoys meeting people and possesses a flair for customer service . Able to handle both walk-in and phone enquiries . Highly driven with a passion for learning . Proficient in MS Office applications with good typing skills . Good communications and interpersonal skills and a team player . Independent & Committed . At least 1 year of basic experience in customer service field, preferably in service industry . 5 1/2 working days .
