& Requirements
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems . Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Attend and respond to all customers feedback via emails, social media, phone calls, Google reviews and other channels.
  • Coordinate with internal departments concerning the feedback of customers.
  • Compile customer feedback and provide advisory to management by generating monthly dashboard data.
  • Assist to train outlet service crew on customer service.
  • Attend to customer enquiry and are comfortable with face-to-face video chat.
  • Deal with customer feedback and general inquiries via online and offline.
  • Identify, investigate and deal with customer issues accordingly.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
