• Call Centre Exp
• No Exp Are Welcome To Apply & Training Will Be Provided
• Office Hour / 5 Days Work Week including Weekends
• Able to Start Immediately

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and perform outbound calls to customers on callback requests
• Attend to customers\' enquiries via hotline and emails
• Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Call Centre experience
• No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
• Good communications and interpersonal skill
• Customer service oriented and a good team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work on weekends and perform OT when required to

Other Information:

• Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days including weekends (Will have some weekends off)
• Location: Town
• Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
