Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely and provide support to the Advertising & Promotions (A&P) team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Information Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.

Information Counter

Managing of Counter on morning shift and afternoon shift.

Maintain the cleanliness of the information counter daily.

Ensure that all displays and forms relating to the campaign are properly displayed and are sufficient.

Handle general enquiries and make announcements.

Handle all lost and found items.

Administer voucher programme.

Ensure that all signage are properly displayed.

Administer the mall-wide promotions and redemptions.

Ensure that all the redemption gifts/vouchers are properly kept and to account for all items.

Answering and forwarding incoming calls.

Others

Assist A&P team in administering promotional activities and redemption.

Manage the collection of vouchers for reimbursement from tenants.

Update tenant\'s contact list.

Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by A&P Manager / Executive

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE\'N\' Level/\'O\' Level or NTEC Certification.

At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in concierge environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Possess good administrative and communication skills.

Must be able to work on weekends and public holiday when ever required. Shift timings will be 10am - 6pm (for AM shift), 12pm - 8pm (for mid shift) and 2pm - 10pm
