Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all orders are processed with zero to minimal errors
- Attend to assigned follow up cases
- Provide chat or call resolution for consumers
Requirements:
- Able to work any 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
- Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Possess good interpersonal skills, team player and results driven
