:: To provide courteous and quality support to variety of Customer inquiries over phone, email and fax. :: Handle and process Sales order, follow-up enquiries and generate quotation. :: Manage and liaises with Customer for order fulfilment/requirement. :: Facilitate and efficiently resolve Customer complaints/returns. :: Plan and coordinate with logistics for deliveries/collections. :: Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
