Job Description

Responsibilities Provide support and assist customer service team on Insurance related queries Verification of documents and processing of claims Collate, verify, and process refunds (if any) Provide support in preparing monthly sales / reconciliation reports Perform any assigned ad-hoc admin duties to support insurance businessRequirements Min Diploma with 1-2 year(s) of working experience in related field is preferred Meticulous, organized and motivated team player with cheerful disposition and strong desire to achieve Possess good communication skills and customer oriented Comfortable to work in fast paced environment Office hours and comfortable working in Airport vicinity To handle Chinese speaking customers, knowledge of Mandarin is essential Possessing the following certifications will be prioritized. Basic Insurance Concepts and Principles (BCP) Personal General Insurance (PGI) Commercial General Insurance (ComGl)
