Job Description


  • Interact to build good commercial relationship with all customers.
  • Adhere procedures pertinent to the effective and efficient operation of the Customer Service Department.
  • Establish insights into customers’ needs and expectations, and provide inputs for product and service development.
  • Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
  • Establish in-depth working knowledge of the Company’s systems and processes and the logistics industry as a whole.
  • Deliver performance standards to meet service goals of the Company.
  • Explore feedback and reports to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Explore feedback to the Operations team to ensure all customers have accurate and timely information on order status and/or changes.
  • Prepare shipping documents and shipment co-ordination with customers and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure all shipments documents are completed in order on time and accurate.
  • Provide necessary support to sales personnel such as sales order entry, invoicing and maintain good rapport with customers.
  • Practice proper documents control and upkeep office cleanliness.
  • Any other duties as & when assigned.
