To accurately note down messages or relevant information, when and where appropriate
Assigning enquiries to the relevant departments if needed
Familiarity with the respective departments and their roles
Understanding the needs of the customers with a sense of empathy and professionalism
Build understanding of customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and requirements, apply these insights to optimize the customers\xe2\x80\x99 experience and for potential lead to conversion
Communicate customers\' needs and ensure handover successful cases to support team
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in customer service preferred
Experience in hospitality or healthcare-related role is a plus
An active listener with a pleasant nature with an ability in critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure
Ability to work resourcefully, independently and with urgency
Highly organized and attentive to details
Proficient and comfortable adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, CRM, etc.)
Mature, self-motivated and independent but also able to work cohesively with others
Keen in professional growth over time
