Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls on payment related to hospital bills
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on payment related to hospital bills
  • General customer service duties
  • Handle patient enquiries, provide billing information to patients via email and phone calls.
Job Requirements:
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • Proactive, committed and self-motivated
  • Positive team player who is also able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word & Excel)
  • Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
Job Type: PermanentSalary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • Call center: 3 years (Required)
  • Customer support: 2 years (Preferred)
