Job Description


  • Provide Data Entry support (e.g. order administration, customer documentation verification).
  • Liaising with internal and external customers in Asia Pacific and Europe.
  • Respond to customer service related issues.
  • Ensure the correct prices, rebates and user fees are recorded.
  • Collating consumption data from Distributors and issuing credit notes.
  • Updating price lists in SAP and with distributors.
  • Providing back-up for APAC Business Support function, general administration.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in business support, order management or sales coordination
  • Those with good MS excel intermediate skills (vlookup, pivot etc.) will be an added advantage
  • Preferably familiar with SAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,800.00 per month Experience:
  • Business Support or Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
