• Perform telemarketing

• Handle enquiries from prospective customer

• Provide information about product\'s features, prices etc. and present their benefits to customers

• Always attend to customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs at all times

• Professionally advise customers on the proper usage of products they purchased

• Handle complaints or doubts to safeguard the company\'s reputation

• Go the "extra-mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  

• Min GCE O\' level/ A\' level/ Diploma

• Min 2-3 years of telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role in beauty/wellness industry

• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

• Skilled in negotation and dealing with complaints

• Positive mindset, persistent and results-oriented
