Job Description


$3200 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities

  • In charge of closing of work orders and invoicing to customer
  • Maintain SOP/Work Instruction for customer service process
  • Track and trace inventory movement
  • Data processing and reporting related to operation decision
  • Monitor Export process and make arrangement for warehouse export overtime for shipment when needed
  • Answer any customer query
  • Coordinate with inter department for KPI
  • Coordinate with Transport department for containers trucking for export activites.
Requirements
  • NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
