:Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Making & receiving customer inquiry calls\xe2\x97\x8f Handling customer complaints\xe2\x97\x8f Collecting & analysing customer feedback\xe2\x97\x8f Responding to customer reviews\xe2\x97\x8f Support software training & software installation with customer\xe2\x97\x8f Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & helpreduce accident cases\xe2\x97\x8f Data analytics for software & product accuracy\xe2\x97\x8f Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project\xe2\x97\x8f Observe & monitor for server performance\xe2\x97\x8f Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customerAdditional Information:\xe2\x97\x8f Interpersonal and customer service skills\xe2\x97\x8f Analytical and problem-solving skills\xe2\x97\x8f Multitasking and organizational skills\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to share work among the customer service team\xe2\x97\x8f Attentiveness and patience\xe2\x97\x8f Time-management skills\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to find positivity in any situation
