:Responsibilities: Making & receiving customer inquiry calls Handling customer complaints Collecting & analysing customer feedback Responding to customer reviews Support software training & software installation with customer Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & helpreduce accident cases Data analytics for software & product accuracy Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project Observe & monitor for server performance Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customerAdditional Information: Interpersonal and customer service skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily Ability to share work among the customer service team Attentiveness and patience Time-management skills Ability to find positivity in any situation
