Salary: Up to $3,400 + Payable OT Hours + AWS + Performance Bonus + Staff benefits
Shift Allowance: $8 per shift (11am-830pm)
Working Hours: 5 days work, rotating Shift ( 6am to 330pm or 11am to 830pm)
(6am to 330pm - Reimbursement for 1 way cab transport to start for 6am shift)
Salary will commensurate according to Candidates\' Work Experience & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Manage cases in line with the key directive of Assist First, Verify Later
Manage cases with a view to moving them forward in the best interests of the member and client
Demonstrate an understanding of all key clients\' Operations and Billings Procedures
Coordinate cases in an efficient and cost effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols
Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Min 1-2 years working experience
Experience in call Centre, assistance company and/or hospitality industry an advantage
