Job Description
- Location: Changi Business Park
- Salary: Up to $3,400 + Payable OT Hours + AWS + Performance Bonus + Staff benefits
- Shift Allowance: $8 per shift (11am-830pm)
- Working Hours: 5 days work, rotating Shift ( 6am to 330pm or 11am to 830pm)
- (6am to 330pm - Reimbursement for 1 way cab transport to start for 6am shift)
- Salary will commensurate according to Candidates\' Work Experience & Qualifications
- Manage cases in line with the key directive of Assist First, Verify Later
- Manage cases with a view to moving them forward in the best interests of the member and client
- Demonstrate an understanding of all key clients\' Operations and Billings Procedures
- Coordinate cases in an efficient and cost effective manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Escalate cases and requests as per company protocols
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Manager
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline
- Min 1-2 years working experience
- Experience in call Centre, assistance company and/or hospitality industry an advantage
