Job Description
Customer service executive Location: Paya Lebar Duration: Start work ASAP - long term Salary: $ 3k - 4k/mth Working Hours: 8 30 am - 5 30 pm Jobscope:
- Monitor day to day activities ensuring every required support & demand are delivered to all relevant parties
- Liaise with & attend to enquiries from the partners, clients and teams
- To ensure the flow of the work go smoothly.
- Identify and resolve related issue to maximize the efficiency in terms of time, resources as well as costs.
- Min Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain
- Min 2 years of freight forwarding experience
- Singaporeans only
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Sales (Preferred)
