Industry/ Organization Type: LogisticsPosition Title: Customer Service ExecutiveWorking Location: Jurong EastWorking Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 830am - 530pm; Sat (WFH, 830am - 1230pm)Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable BonusDuration: Permanent RoleKey ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate existing and new customer accounts.Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.Deliver outstanding customer service.Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers.Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.Prepare shipment quotes and arrange shipments as needed.Utilize excellent multitasking skills in both workspace and software programs.APPLY NOW!!!1 year of relevant working experience.Good communication and people skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Candidate with logistics related background is advantageous
