Job Description


WingsOverAsia Pte Ltd (WOA) is an integrated service provider for business and private aviation needs. In addition to being a licensed ground handler in Seletar Airport, Singapore (XSP/WSSL), we provide worldwide flight support services, in-house aircraft parking, full range of line maintenance support for different aircraft types, aircraft cleaning and polishing services, and also full passenger and crew concierge services. We pride ourselves as the innovator and leader in service scope, delivery, and customer service standards. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email or other channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist flight operations in customer meet-and-greet, flight concierge related hospitality support and coordinating customer requests
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm and respectful manner
  • Regularly update customers via email or text messages regarding status of flights and new updates from WOA
  • Process customer orders and amendments in accordance to SOPs and liaising with finance or other WOA departments
  • Collaborate with other WOA departments or teams, and external parties or agencies to ensure customer needs are met, assist to implement improvements to day-to-day service delivery processes and quality
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, and ensure done in a well organised manner
  • Assist Sales and Key Account Manager(s) with customer follow-up requirements with minimal supervision

Requirements:
  • Passionate about customer service and track record of delivering excellent support to customers
  • Excellent communication (English, Chinese, Malay \xe2\x80\x93 Spoken & Written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office and graphics software such as Canva, Photoshop
  • Strong willingness to learn new information/knowledge, commit and strive for continuous improvement
  • Diploma or similar
  • Experience: 2-5 years of related experience.
