What the role is:You are applying for the position of Admin Executive (AE) at East Zone, and the role will require you to:What you will be working on:

• Oversee enforcement activities to maintain fair usage of our car parks, including instructing service providers on proper action against illegal parking xe2x80xa2 Evaluate appeals for Parking Offence Notices, making fair decisions on a case-by-case basis xe2x80xa2 Collaborate with Car Park Managers and Supervisors to address user feedback and requests for additional facilities, balancing diverse needs xe2x80xa2 Manage a wide range of feedback and requests to ensure smooth car park operations xe2x80xa2 Assist in assessing and maintaining high standards of service provider performance, including imposing liquated damages for underperforming areas. xe2x80xa2 Maintain car park information in system, perform data management/collation and assist Managers with data analysis to drive data driven operations xe2x80xa2 Manage work costings for car park related works xe2x80xa2 Perform other job duties assigned, depending on changing operational needs and requirements. This may include cross-deployment to other customer-facing work areas such as handling enquiries on other housing management and season parking matters.

What we are looking for:

• Passionate about delivering customer service and have customers at the heart of our service delivery xe2x80xa2 Able to learn and pick up relevant technical and HDB policy knowledge quickly (training will be provided) xe2x80xa2 Proficient with written and verbal communication xe2x80xa2 Proficient in excel (including pivot table for data analysis) and PowerPoint. xe2x80xa2 Empathetic and agile in responding to difficult customer situation xe2x80xa2 Motivated, proactive and is an excellent team player Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1-year contract.
