What the role is:As a Customer Service Executive in the Student Placement and Services Division, you will work with a team of customer service professionals to address customers' queries and provide a positive customer experience.What you will be working on:

• Understand customers' needs, provide complete and relevant information, and resolve customers' queries in a professional and timely manner Manage cases in the best interests of MOE and the customer Capture customer interactions accurately in relevant IT systems Sense emerging trends and issues, and recommend improvements to enhance the end-to-end customer experience

What we are looking for:

• Ability to manage concurrent workstreams and work well in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Experience in customer service would be preferred Good working knowledge of contact centre environment, key performance indicators and best practices would be an advantage In general, applicants can expect to hear from us within 3 weeks of the close of the application window.
