JOB TITLE : CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (SINGAPORE)Supporting the Community team, this role will have to:
Greet and provide exceptional customer service to members, visitors, guests
Respond customer service-related queries/requests from clients/ visitors/ guests over various channels (e.g. at the centre front desk, via emails or calls)
Assist with members move in, move out experiences (e.g., setting up a studio, handling necessary studio reinstatement works)
Assist with day-to-day operations of centre to ensure a satisfied staying / working experience at Co-working spaces
Follow internal SOP to complete some related administrative work
Assist with members events/ initiatives in our centre
Requirements:
With min. 1 year working experience in hospitality or service industry
Good spoken English and proficient in MS Office
Friendly, cheerful and energetic
Team player with ability to work independently
