Summary:

• Basic Up to $3300
• 5 Days work
• Location: Bendemeer
• Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Responsibility

• Handle and manage customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries and optimizing shipment arrangements.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer orders and logistics inquiries.
• Address customer concerns regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and shipments.
• Ensure prompt shipments and deliveries, including those with short lead times, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Maintain knowledge of local and international regulations and ensure proper documentation.
• Enter orders promptly and acknowledge customer purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate logistics for deliveries, collaborating with transporters, forwarders, and warehouses to resolve any issues that might cause delays or prevent shipments.
• Ensure there are no overdue customer orders, and work closely with the sales and business development teams to clear any overdue orders for delivery or shipment.
• Collaborate with team members before shipping goods to customers, aiming to consolidate deliveries for cost savings and control.
• Communicate with customers about delivery/shipment dates and any special requirements for order fulfillment.
• Prepare and manage documents such as Goods Received, Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Proforma Invoices, and Sales Contracts, and liaise with forwarders on customs documentation.
• Manage the processing and follow-up of Purchase Orders, including shipment schedules, production schedules, shipment clearance, and inventory control.
• Escalate orders to purchasers to meet customer requests.
• Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and handle challenging work demands and tight schedules.
• Ability to make timely decisions in a high-pressure environment.
• Meticulous, eye for details with pro-activeness and good follow-up skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented.
