We are currently partnering with a reputable company to hire a Customer Service Specialist.-The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work with largest Telecommunications company in Singapore
  • Location: North
  • Salary: Up to $3,100 (depending on Experience)

The Requirement:
  • At least a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in in a Customer Service environment
  • Excellent and effective communication skills
  • Able to speak and write fluent English
:-
  • Coordinate and process New Mobile Applications, SIM Activation, Line Transfer, Re-contracting, etc.
  • Assist to billing query, resolve billing issues and perform billing adjustments if required.
  • Answer and handle general customer service questions, transfer customer\'s request to other department to obtain specific information if required.
  • Document all actions provided to order taker via internal system.
  • Any other admin task as assigned
