Job Description
We are currently partnering with a reputable company to hire a Customer Service Specialist.-The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work with largest Telecommunications company in Singapore
- Location: North
- Salary: Up to $3,100 (depending on Experience)

- At least a Diploma in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in in a Customer Service environment
- Excellent and effective communication skills
- Able to speak and write fluent English
- Coordinate and process New Mobile Applications, SIM Activation, Line Transfer, Re-contracting, etc.
- Assist to billing query, resolve billing issues and perform billing adjustments if required.
- Answer and handle general customer service questions, transfer customer\'s request to other department to obtain specific information if required.
- Document all actions provided to order taker via internal system.
- Any other admin task as assigned
