Job Description

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Logistic industry. They are looking for a Customer Service (Field Service) Executive/Manager to assist their Customer Service team for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West – easily accessible. The Customer Service (Field Service) Executive/Manager is responsible for

• Responsible in developing thorough understanding of customer operations and ordering system.
• Responsible in maintaining positive relationship with customers
• Responsible in promoting and helping implement projects/changes with the customer (i.e., new products, delivery schedules etc)
• Responsible in conducting restaurant visits daily and document in tracking spreadsheet
• Main Point of Contact for restaurant management and business consultants for any DC related concerns. Research with 3PL’s to problem solve for long term solutions
• Responsible to track customer concerns and documenting solutions
• Responsible in attending and presenting at customer meetings, workshops and new restaurant openings
• Responsible in developing and executing plans to improve offload rates, delivery readiness, order preparation or other issues effecting results
• Responsible in maintaining and monitoring, re-evaluating restaurants on a bi-annual basis
• Responsible in assisting transportation with route changes and restaurant communication
• Responsible in coordinating development of monthly correspondence to restaurants
• Responsible in attending meetings relative(Training sessions, restaurant manager meetings etc)
• Responsible in coordinating new restaurant openings
• Any other adhocs duty assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or Sales or relevant studies
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• Prior experience with AutoCAD, MS Office Words & Excel is a bonus
