Support the daily operations of the team by adhering to the department's policies and procedures Update customers on the latest products and services. Prepare written department processes for dissemination to internal/external stakeholders and follow through with the implementation accordingly. To identify ways to improve the departmental processes and procedures. Perform duties at the reception counter such as data entry, process documents, handle payment and manage walk-in customer, email and phone calls Other adhoc duties as assigned Requirement: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Customer Service-related field At least 4 years of working experience is preferred Able to lead and manage a team in customer service duties.
