Manage all inbound telephone and email inquiries.
Management of voice and handphone messages.
Reminder calls for appointment confirmation.
Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments for patients.
Registers patients by verifying that patient\xe2\x80\x99s record is up to date and accurate.
Check patients\' medical history and drug allergies.
Check for insurance coverage and intention to use insurance or government subsidies.
Collects payment from patients, applies payments to patient accounts in the computer system, and reconciles daily cash reports.
Requirements
Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
