Attend inbound calls through the hotline or other channels (e.g live chat & email)
Solve the customer\'s issues quickly, accurately and satisfactorily.
Perform outbound calls to customers who request a callback.
Ensure a positive and helpful approach in interactions all the time.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99 or \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level
Able to work during the weekend
Able to perform OT when necessary (OT Payable)
Previous experience in the call centre is highly preferred
