Job Description
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Good phone etiquette and spoken English. 9 am to 6 pm, 9 to 1 pm, 5.5 Days. Ang Mo Kio MRT INDUSTRY: Customer Service Sector DUTIES; - Customer Service & Marketing Promote our Facilities & Services Take charge of Reception counter duties; Answering calls, receive, sort and dispatch letters / packages. To collect deposits, issue pin number / access cards, issue sales invoices and official receipts. Data entry details and preparing bank in slips for cash and cheque payments. Solve URGENT issues, and notify the Management at the earliest opportunity, To generate monthly reports for the Management. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month Benefits:
