Job Description
Working Day: 5-6-5-6 work weeks (follow roster)
Working Hours: 8am to 5pm
Location: Geylang Bahru
Salary: Basic $2500 - $3000
:
- Handles phone-manning
- Data entries and record keeping
- Provide best solution or alternative to complaints
- Work closely with operations department
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Possesses IT knowledge
- Able to do shift work, and work on Public Holidays and Overtime
