Job Summary:

• Located at Jurong East
• Well-Established Hair Care and Wellness company
• 5 Days Work Week (Include Weekends & PH)
• Retail Hours
• Sign on Bonus $1,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage front office reception and administrative tasks.
• Greet customers and respond to their inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, maintain the calendar, and send reminders to customers.
• Prepare and compile daily sales reports.
• Conduct outlet stock-takes and assist with other ad-hoc tasks.
• Handle cashiering duties, including payment collections

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service.
• Possess excellent telephone manners.
• Willing to commit to retail hours.
