Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for coordinating all import and export shipments based on allocation
- Preparation of permit declaration (Pure CO, Permit with CO, Permit for Export/Import/Air)
- Ensure daily customers\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries are attended to and not limited to order and delivery status
- Handling incoming calls with the intent of providing customer satisfaction
- Work in conjunction with sales representatives to provide pre-and / post-sales support
- Ensure timely and accurately client invoicing and billings to customers
- Purchase of insurance and arrange any insurance claim for customer
- Responsible to draft and issue quotation to potential and existing customer
- Minimum 2-years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Customer Service (Freight Forwarding Industry preferred)
- Ability to handle Cross Trade Shipment
