Summary:
Supporting Service Management activities at the Health Sciences Authority (HSA)\xe2\x80\x99s Health Products Regulation Group Connect Centre (HCC) Responsibilities
- At t end to enquiries rece i v ed via tel e phone and emails.
- At t end to wa l k -in s at t he rec e ption counter.
- Support t he Service Management team i n a d ministr a tive areas in c luding maintenance of stakeholder. l ist, updating of relevant i n formation on communi c a tion platforms/channels and website.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Have re l eva n t customer s e rvice work e x perience a n d good communi c ation and customer service skills are preferred.
- Abili t y to pr o vide adminis t rative suppo r t independently and able t o work t ogether i n a team.
