Responsibilities: Ensures all interactions with customers are handled professionally, promptly with care and adhering to Company's policies and procedures Handles all customers' requests promptly and resolved to customers' satisfaction Handle enquiries & explaining and guiding customers on loan application Reporting to the Funding Manager, provide customer service to all customers, especially in handling telephone and walk-in enquiries on loan application procedures Assist the Funding Manager to keep track of all loan and feedback from customers Assumes any other duties as assigned by Management Requirements: At least 1 year experience in customer service field
