Job Description


Our Client is a industrial equipment supplier providing turnkey solution, products and services to customers. The Job:

  • Responsible for aftersales customer services over phone and email
  • Coordinate on delivery matters and verify delivery status with customers
  • Administer administration matter pertaining to servicing using in-house systems
  • Assist service technicians in administration matters
  • Prepare accurate reports to the Supervisor
  • Assist in relevant ad-hoc duties
The Candidate:
  • Secondary school education or higher in the customer service or logistics industry
  • Technology savvy and proficient in using Microsoft application
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Amiable personality and an aptitude for customer service
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Eligible to work in Singapore without work pass sponsorship
Other Information:
  • Working Location: WEST of Singapore (5 minutes walk from MRT station)
  • Working Schedule: 5-Days Working Week, normal working hours
  • Permanent and Full-Time position
