Collect all details that pertain to Clients/Police requests/investigations.
Provide video evidence and still images to clients and police to assist in recovering lost or stolen items, liaising with the authorities when required.
Investigate incidents and issues pertaining to client sites and report findings to Manager/Account Holders.
Review and prioritize incidents based on urgency and value.
Keep Clients/Account Holders informed of the status of all incidents, making sure that constant communication takes place.
File and update incident logs as required.
Internal/External Operations Management
Work closely with Stealth’s departments in resolving hardware/software issues as they pertain to client sites.
Ensure all work is completed according to company standards in a timely manner while multitasking efficiently.
Keep abreast with multiple in-house and 3rd party software to process investigations effectively and efficiently.
Provide proactive feedback to Management/Account Holders to improve overall client experience.
Aid in the development of appropriate policies and procedures to support and improve service levels within the department.
Ensure all actions taken are directly in compliance with the Company’s policies and/or any other regulatory act.

Job Requirements:
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage specific projects in a detail-oriented manner
Good working knowledge of MS office software
Self-motivated and committed to constant learning
Ability to analyze and define problems and resolve them in a timely manner
Good oral and written communication skills to support and train staff on technical matters, document policies, and procedures, liaise with clients, etc.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external parties, often under duress
Strong organizational skills to set priorities and meet tight deadlines and competing demands
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Computer literate and excellent knowledge of video software’s
Detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements.
Can work during weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules including the night shift.
Amenable to work onsite at Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
