Attend to customer enquiries on orders and coordinate with internal stakeholders to provide the appropriate response
Inside sales -follow up with distributors on stock replenishment
Process service contract billings
Internal Support
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, sales analysis
Admin support to coordinate signatories
Handle ad-hoc projects.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor\'s Degree or Diploma Supply Chain, Logistics or related disciplines
1-2 years of relevant experience
Good computer skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Words
Experience in working in a customer service department and are used to providing excellent customer service
Self-motivated, meticulous, highly organized personality with high level of attention to details
Good sense of ownership and accountability
Good planning, prioritization and time management
Willing to learn and be a team player with good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively
Additional Information:
Salary - S$3.5K per month + 1-month bonus
Contract duration: 12-month contract
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
