\xc2\xb7Manage Member Relations counter includes handling in-person inquiries, answering incoming calls and replying emails. \xc2\xb7 Act as a focal point for all inquiries, information and complaints relating to the Club. \xc2\xb7 Assist membership matters include receiving membership payments and various membership applications. \xc2\xb7 Be on top of the Club marketing efforts, promotions and activities and disseminate such information to members when necessary. Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Customer service oriented \xc2\xb7 Willing to working on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
