The FIRSt service helps our customers reduce compliance risk, increase operational efficiency, improve customer service, and virtually eliminate returned mail.
Responsibilities:
A Customer Solutions Specialist will work in the Internet and Phone research queue which is the first level handling and research of undeliverable mail, on behalf of the insurance carrier, to meet their compliance obligations.
