Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails and chat
Assist customers with onboarding, account setup and general support
Track and update customer records in internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve services
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Friendly, professional and customer-focused
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, detail-oriented and proactive in following up
Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus
