We are looking for a critical thinking Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) to engage, retain, and enable Pluralsight’s customers to fully utilize Pluralsight to achieve their desired business outcomes. In customer success we are a team of strategic advisers who are passionate about delivering value for clients. As part of this team you will have a consistent record working with enterprise and strategic clients, developing strategies that drive usage and adoption of SaaS products. A successful CSM builds memorable client relationships and shows ability to achieve trusted adviser status in the customers’ minds. We work closely with your peer account executives to drive renewals and expansion opportunities to achieve outstanding gross and net retention targets.

What you’ll own:

  • Drive forward Pluralsight’s Customer Engagement Model to ensure customer and Pluralsight’s mutual success.

  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle, collaborating with internal peers and SMEs to drive optimal value, ensuring a streamlined renewal and negotiation process, and ultimately positioning your accounts for growth

  • Navigate, interpret, and use provided tools and systems to measure and report on customer experience, customer health, product utilization, and consumed content, and realization of value drivers.

  • Inspire change within customers to drive adoption of standard methodologies and successful implementations

Experience you’ll need:

  • Professional proficiency in English, additional language(s) a bonus (e.g. Mandarin, Vietnamese, Japanese)

  • 4+ years of customer success experience with enterprise and/or strategic clients

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Ability to perform a strategic discovery with customers, to uncover their business objectives, articulate the value delivered by Pluralsight in support of achieving those objectives, and then build a plan to achieve those outcomes

  • Understanding of SaaS environment with its respective opportunities, benefits, and challenges

  • Organized and capable of highly effective time management in an ambiguous environment

  • Strong relationship building skills at the C-Level

  • Excellent presentation skills & listening skills

  • Experience negotiating renewals and closing deals

  • Ability to travel 25%
