Job Description

Requirements:

  • Must be at least a High School Graduate, College grads are welcome to apply.
  • With 3 to 12 months of BPO Experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong coaching skills & people management skills.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Cebu.
Responsibilities:
  • Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.
  • Assisting customers by responding to their questions.
  • Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.
  • Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.
  • Describes products and services properly and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service 24/7.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
  • Yearly bonus
