Job Description
Requirements:
- Must be at least a College grad or College undergrad with BPO experience.
- 2 years College undergraduates with no back subjects is accepted.
- For PHRN Applicants, must have active PRC license and 1-2 yrs hospital experience.
- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Iloilo.
- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail.
- Assisting customers by responding to their questions.
- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.
- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.
- Providing excellent customer service 24/7.
