2 years College undergraduates with no back subjects is accepted.
For PHRN Applicants, must have active PRC license and 1-2 yrs hospital experience.
Good listening, verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing to work in Iloilo.
Responsibilities:
Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail.
Assisting customers by responding to their questions.
Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner.
Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.
