RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Fulfil clients order when purchase orders are received.
    Support Sales Executive by coordinating and servicing current and prospective clients.
    Process sales orders and administrative transactions while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Negotiate with forwarders on shipments delivery to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Coordinate with Forwarders on goods shipment with most competitive freight cost.
  • Handling client\'s shipment and preparation of shipping documents.
  • Co-ordinate with 3PL on shipments arrangement for delivery to clients and ensuring sales orders are delivered on time and according to contract terms and conditions.

REQUIREMENTS
  • N level or its equivalent and above
  • Preferably experience in customer service , logistics or handling shipments but not a must
  • Able to work Independently ,communicate with customers and PC skills literacy.

MISCELLANEOUS
  • Our working hours - 0815 to 1730 hours (Mon-Fri)
  • Lunch break (an hour) 1145 to 1245 hours
  • Annual Leave begins at 10 working days

LOCATION Singapore Chemi-Con (Pte) Ltd 108 Pasir Panjang Road #04-08/09 Golden Agri Plaza Singapore 118535 (Pasir Panjang MRT Station about 5 minutes walk to office)
