Proactively communicate with channel partners regarding incoming incidents and register these in trouble tickets . Resolve technical issues involving client's network connections by analysing and troubleshooting the incident and proactively coordinating the solution process with third party providers and suppliers. . Manage the channel partner relationship by means of timely communication throughout the entire issue resolving process, ensuring excellent client satisfaction . Perform technical acceptance testing on newly provisioned services to ensure quality of delivery in accordance to Expereo standards . Administrate the process of technical support accurately and share findings with colleagues . Participate in project teams as and when necessary to support the business. . An educational background in ICT, Electronics, Telecommunications or CCNA certification. . Minimum 1-2 years solid working experience. . Proficiency in the English and Japanese languages are essential, other regional language is beneficial . Excellent analytical and communicative skills channel partner focus . A Creative mind-set . An enthusiastic team player. Good working knowledge in: . Access networking technologies (xDSL, Leased line, Wireless, Satellite) . Router/firewalls (primarily CISCO) . VPN solutions (public based on IPSEC/SSL or private based on MPLS) . TCP/IP (subnetting) .
