• Position Title: Customer Support Officer/ Customer Service Officer (Operations)
• Working Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5 pm) / Tue \xe2\x80\x93 Fri (8 am \xe2\x80\x93 6 pm)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $2,800 + Variable bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handlecalls/texts/emails from customers to provide technical support in a timely and effective manner.
• Investigate customers\' complaints at 1st level.
• Escalate appropriate customer\xe2\x80\x99s complaints or queries to relevant departments or management.
• Schedule technician and fix service appointment.
• Plan and liaise with technicians on servicing scheduling and day-to-day matters.
• Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Any other task as assigned by the Superior.

• Minimum NITEC graduate / GCE \'O\' Level certificate / GCE \'A\' Level certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience in call centre/ customer service.
• Applicants with no prior experience but possess a strong willingness to learn may be considered for this role.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.
