Customer Support Officer [full Time]

Job Description


SmartPaw, an e-commerce pet store in Singapore, is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. This is a full-time role, with a salary range of $1,500.00 - $2,200.00 per month. Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer support inquiries in a timely and accurate manner through live chat, phone, and email
  • Identifying customer needs and resolving customer problems related to the buying process, among others
  • Monitoring customer complaints on social media and live chat, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Following up with customers to ensure technical problems are resolved
  • Handling walk-in customers, and providing repair and technical support for pet electronics products
  • Managing warehouse operations, including logistics packing etc
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Driving license (a plus, but not required)
